I take Ilmu Ghaib Nur Sejati program. During the inner power initiation, I felt that the hand holding the Rajjah trembling and I felt energy/cool breeze around my body.  For 7 days when doing breathing practice, I felt energy (warm) around my stomach/below the navel especially when doing Pull Breathing.  Cool breeze crept along the backbone.  Then, usually after several breathing, I felt warm in the bottom part of the backbone. Chakra breathing is very interesting.  My body trembled following the direction, especially when circling the air around the stomach.  In every practice, I always felt cool breeze around the body and on the fontanel.  When initiating the Asmak Khodam just now, as soon as you read the mantra, I felt the energy circling me from above, to the fontanel, to the backbone, and my index finger became numb.
